Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Handcrafted Nature
Each piece is handcrafted from reclaimed bottle glass. Variations in colour, shape, texture, markings, and natural characteristics of the original material are part of the design and are not considered faults.

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it in accordance with EU consumer law.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
